Going Diverse: Innovative Answers to Future Challenges

The department Integration Team – Human Resources, Gender and Diversity Management of RWTH Aachen University is pleased to announce the international conference “Going Diverse: International Conference on Gender and Diversity in Science, Technology and Business”.

The conference is the final event of the FP6-project TANDEMplusIDEA and hosted in cooperation with the project partners from the technical universities of the IDEA League, Imperial College London, ETH Zürich and TU Delft.

"Topics of the conference are the theory and practice of gender and diversity management in science and business. Over 30 presentations will highlight aspects of human resources and organisational development, as for example work life balance, dual careers, intercultural competence and organisational change.
It will also feature the results of the scientific evaluation of the project TANDEMplusIDEA during which the first international mentoring programme for female postdocs of natural science and engineering has been implemented."
